How the Peri Set Go Challenge Works

Step 1: Get Ready
On Monday September 29th, you'll get access to your step by step instructions on how to navigate your 7-day challenge. Download your grocery lists, print off your progress tracker and weekly schedule and organise your peri-kitchen to start preparing your peri-plate recipes. Familiarise yourself with your training guide and download your meditation audio.

Step 2: Get Set
On Monday 6th of October (our official commencement date), ensure you take your baseline waist, weight and start record your progress markers and you are ready to commence your 7-day nutrition plan! Your recipes should be prepared and ready to go. Your 10-15min daily education videos will be drip fed into your inbox to listen to every day over the week.

Step 3: Go!
Start each day learning about the science of belly fat and how to reverse and prevent it in perimenopause, follow the steps, eat the food, do the behaviours and record your success by the end of the week! You will be surprised what a week in my orbit can do to your health and mental wellbeing. Submit your results and get rewarded for your efforts!
